Andrew Stanton’s live action début JOHN CARTER (OF MARS may or may not be added later) has this week been ramping up the publicity after teasing fans with a single image early last week. A slew of images were only released yesterday as you can see from our article here. Now a poster for the science-fiction epic adapted from Edger Rice Burroughs source material has hit the web with a trailer expected to appear soon, take a look.
Taylor Kitsch will star as the heroic civil war veteran that is transported to the planet Mars. An all-star supporting cast featuring Willem Dafoe, Bryan Cranston, Lynn Collins, Mark Strong, Dominic West and Samantha Morton will appear in the film that will be released in 3D and IMAX on the March 2012.
