Here’s the first image of Arnold Schwarzenegger as a small town sheriff in THE LAST STAND.
The film marks the first English-language feature from Kim Jee-Woon, director of I SAW THE DEVIL, with Arnie starring as former LAPD-turned rural lawman. The Govenator will find himself trying to prevent a drug kingpin from escaping to freedom in Mexico after said villian evades his FBI captors.
The image, taken on set, features co-stars Johnny Knoxville, Luis Guzman, and Jaimie Alexander. THE LAST STAND also stars Rodrigo Santoro, Peter Stomare, and Forest Whitaker. It arrives in cinemas January 2013.
