If you’re looking for a supernatural horror to amuse yourself with this coming Halloween season, judging by this this teaser trailer, you’ll need to go no further than Darren Lynn Bousman’s (SAW II, III & IV) 11-11-11.
It’s set, if you haven’t guessed, on the 11:11 on the 11th day of the 11th month but it may not be set in 1111 as it doesn’t have that 12th century look. The film focuses on an entity from another world that enters the our world through Heaven’s 11th gate and, I’d believe, the fight against whatever that creature or spirit is. With the tagline ‘Mark The Date. You Can’t Stop What’s Coming’ we’re hoping people get it confused with a ‘save-the-date’ genre of movie.
In fairness, this could be a special little B-Movie and just watch this trailer, even if it’s for the awesomely entertaining and over-the-top voiceover:
11-11-11 stars Timothy Gibbs (THE KINGS OF BROOKLYN) and Michael Landes (BURLESQUE) and is due for release on…11th November, 2011.
