Quentin Tarantino is due back in 2012 with DJANGO UNCHAINED and with an already impressive cast including Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel l. Jackson and Gerald McRaney it looks as if it will be an even bigger treat now that Dennis Christopher will be involved.
Tarantino’s DJANGO UNCHAINED accounts the tale of bounty hunter Django (Foxx) freed from slavery who then sets out to rescue his wife who lies in the perilous arms of Mississippi Plantation owner Calvin Candie (DiCaprio).
If the film is anywhere near as compelling and fun as his previous two releases DEATH PROOF and INGLORIOUS BASTERDS then I’m sure we’ll be in store for more top class revenge based entertainment.
Tarantino will be writing and directing the feature, which has a planned release for the 25th of December 2012…what a nice Christmas present.
