A new poster for David Fincher’s THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO has been unveiled via viral site mouth-taped-shut. The site is constantly teasing Fincher fans with images and videos from closed sets, but this is the first official promo image they have released.

The image below is the work of graphic artist Neil Kellerhouse who previously created (admittedly similar) artwork for THE SOCIAL NETWORK and I’M STILL HERE.

I cannot wait for this film and this teaser poster alone is making me want to go back and watch that trailer.

THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO is directed by David Fincher (FIGHT CLUB) and stars Daniel Craig (COWBOYS & ALIENS) and Rooney Mara (THE SOCIAL NETWORK). It hits UK cinemas 26th December 2011.
