David R. Ellis director of such ‘subtle’ titles as FINAL DESTINATION 2 and SNAKES ON A PLANE has just signed up to helm a live-action version of the Japanese anime KITE. is reporting that Ellis, who’s latest movie SHARK NIGHT 3D is released on 30th September, will start shooting the story of an abused orphaned schoolgirl who turns stone cold assassin early next year.
