The Hollywood News has received information for the upcoming release of TOMORROW WHEN THE WAR BEGAN, which is released on Blu-ray and DVD on 19th September 2011 by Paramount Home Entertainment.

The story tells the journey of high school friends in a remote country town whose lives are suddenly and violently upended by a war that no one saw coming. Cut off from their families and their friends, these eight extraordinary teenagers must learn to escape, survive and fight back against a hostile military force.
The flick features an largely Australian cast of up and coming talent already familiar with teens across the globe, including Caitlin Stasey (Neighbours), Rachel Hurd-Wood (Dorian Gray, Peter Pan) and Lincoln Lewis (Home and Away). A sequel is already in production, ensuring that this firm teen favourite will live on for years to come.
