Legendary SPIDER-MAN and FANTASTIC FOUR comic-book creator Stan Lee’s former company has filed a lawsuit to sue the producers of the the new CONAN THE BARBARIAN movie, demanding that all the proceeds are given to his company. Lee is blaming a former lawyer for doing an illegal deal to transfer the rights to another company.
Perhaps, with the reviews and the business the movie has been doing stateside, Lee was lucky not to be part of the new reboot from Director Marcus Nispel.
Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
