Guy Ritchie’s SHERLOCK HOLMES was more notable than many of us initially expected and now the buzz is well underway for the follow up SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS.
Today we’ve been treated to three new stills including a classic Holmes and Moriarty playing chess, which should delight Sir Arthur Conan Doyle fans old and new. Ritchie is guaranteed to bring his own unique style to proceedings and seems to have found his feet again as a director. We’re also lucky enough to have the strong-willed Robert Downey, Jr continuing as Sherlock who is steadfastly backed by Jude Law’s grounded Doctor Watson.
Don’t forget this film also gives us the chance to see Downey, Jr’s take on a look akin to Heath Ledger’s Joker nurse in the DARK KNIGHT… Do check out these shots that also include Jared Harris as Moriarty and Noomi Rapace as a Romani woman called Sim.
