Following positive reviews from his dual performance in THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE, Dominic Cooper may have signed on for upcoming horror THE CURE. As reported by Shock Til You Drop, Cooper is considering one of lead roles, along with Liv Tyler.

The screenplay from Beau Thorne (MAX PAYNE) was formerly attached to director Dennis Iliadis (HARDCORE) though there is no conformation he will definitely helm the project. The story follows a distraught husband who desperately wants to find a cure for his dying wife. When a mysterious doctor promises to save her, the husband entrusts the doctor with his wife, only to find the cure has turned her into a bloodthirsty killer.
