Possibly Revealing Set Photo from SPIDERMAN

What does this mean?  Bleeding Cool has posted a pic about the filming of the new AMAZING SPIDER-MAN flick which features the Oscorp building as a location.

The film is using the Hearst Building in NYC as the location for Oscorp which is renowned for being the business run by Norman Osborn played by Williem Dafoe in the Sam Raimi SPIDER-MAN films.

The obivous assumption is that Rhys Ifans’s character Dr Curt Conners whose gene splicing experiments leads him to test on himself in trying to regrow his amputated arm but instead turns him into the Lizard.

Superhero Hype had this statement about the filming at Hearst:

“The Norman Foster ‘Hearst Building’ is being used as Oscorp. They were filming interior scenes in the lobby and mezz floors. I saw plenty of Oscorp employees (all wearing security badges), a couple of police officers (no Dennis Leary) and a couple of army officers (Generals I think). Crew members (two that I saw) were wearing shirts that said ‘Amazing’ on them in the Comic font. I also asked a few people if Norman had been cast, but they claimed to know ‘nothing’.”

But will this mean that Norman Osborn will appear in the film and if so who will be playing the future Green Goblin. Even if Osborn does not appear at least they are laying the ground work for his eventual appearance in the sequels. Here’s some more stills from filming at ‘Oscorp’.
