Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is apparently a wanted man. Wanted to appear on the US version of Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing With The Stars.
Speaking to the Mirror, the show’s executive producer Conrad Green revealed that he is willing to pay him $375,000 (£250,000) for his efforts.
“Tony, you’ve done everything you can do as PM, you’ve done your bit for the Middle East, now come and put some sequins on and have a real life.” Green said.
“Tony is very popular in the States and I think he may as well come out here and give it a try. Hopefully he might be able to squeeze it in between solving the Palestinian problem and all those other things he’s got on.” He added.
Blair was spotted out and about in the UK today, at a garden party at the home of Jacqui Smith, the ex-home secretary, in Redditch, Worcestershire.
There is no official word if he has indeed accepted the offer to Dance With The Stars…
