Rachel Weisz is set to play Jackie Kennedy in a film following President Kennedy’s wife in the days that follows his assassination in the 1960s.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Weisz will headline Jackie for husband Darren Aronofsky.
The mag says that the film “catalogs the four days between Kennedy’s assassination and his burial, showing the beloved Kennedy at both her most vulnerable and her most graceful.”
Aronofsky produces with Scott Franklin and their Protozoa Pictures film company.
